Terms of Use
The terms that govern access to and use of the L&A IT LLC website at landait.com.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website at landait.com. They relate to the website itself. They are not a services agreement and do not replace the separate written terms that govern any paid project or business relationship with L&A IT LLC.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using landait.com (the “website”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the website. Additional or different terms may apply to specific services, transactions or agreements, as described in Sections 4 and 13.
2. About L&A IT LLC
L&A IT LLC (“L&A IT,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a United States limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, and may provide services to customers and conduct business internationally. Our primary activities are software development, IT services and consulting — including SaaS application development, custom software and internal business tools, technology consulting and solution design, system implementation and integration, application and server management, software maintenance and technical support, automation, and user onboarding and training.
As described on the website, we may also engage in limited ancillary commercial activities, which are addressed in Section 5.
3. Website Purpose and Inquiries
This website provides general information about our company, our services and capabilities, and how to contact us. Descriptions of services are informational; they are not a binding offer and become contractually binding only if expressly incorporated into a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee that a particular service will be available, that we will accept a particular project, or that any specific outcome will be achieved.
Submitting an inquiry through the website does not create a client relationship, contract, partnership or obligation for L&A IT LLC to accept or perform a project. Any professional engagement is subject to separate agreement on scope, pricing, deliverables and other applicable terms.
Please do not send confidential information, credentials or payment details through the website. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Professional Services
Software development, consulting, implementation, integration, application and server management, maintenance, technical support, training and other professional services are scoped individually for each engagement.
The terms of any engagement — including scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, intellectual-property arrangements, warranties, confidentiality and support obligations — are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice or other written arrangement agreed between the parties.
This website does not replace those documents, and nothing on it fixes the price, scope or terms of an engagement. Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to a particular engagement, that agreement governs.
5. Event Ticket Resale and Other Ancillary Activities
In addition to its primary software development, IT services and consulting activities, L&A IT LLC may occasionally purchase and resell event tickets and engage in limited trading of lawful small goods through established third-party marketplaces.
landait.com does not operate as a ticket marketplace or online store and does not list ticket inventory, accept ticket orders or process payments for these transactions. L&A IT LLC does not represent itself as an event organizer, promoter, venue or official ticketing provider.
Any such transaction conducted through a third-party marketplace is subject to applicable law, the marketplace's terms and policies, and any applicable venue, organizer or event rules.
References to event ticket resale on this website do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement or official ticketing status with any artist, event organizer, venue, sports organization or marketplace.
Any applicable refund, cancellation, delivery, transfer or ticket-validity terms are governed by the relevant transaction, applicable marketplace terms and applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website — including its text, structure and layout, graphics created for the site, original website code owned by L&A IT LLC, and the L&A IT LLC name and branding as used here — is owned by L&A IT LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view, browse and print pages for ordinary personal or internal business purposes, such as evaluating our services. Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute website content, scrape or systematically extract it, exploit it commercially, create derivative works from it, or remove ownership and attribution notices.
Third-party names, trademarks and logos referred to on this website remain the property of their respective owners, and their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its hosting environment or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the website, its infrastructure or its availability to others, including by automated or abusive submissions;

- misuse website content in a way that is misleading or infringes the rights of others.
Ordinary indexing and crawling by legitimate search engines, in accordance with our robots.txt file, is permitted.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
This website may contain links or references to third-party websites, platforms or services, provided for convenience and information only. We do not control their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms, and we are not responsible for them. A link or reference does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation.
9. Website Availability
We aim to keep this website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Content may be updated, corrected or removed, features may change, and access may occasionally be suspended or restricted — for example, for maintenance, security reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy or completeness of content.
Information on this website is general in nature and is not professional, technical, financial or legal advice for your specific situation. Nothing in this section excludes any warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, and warranties relating to paid professional services are defined in the applicable separate agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, L&A IT LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising solely out of your access to, use of, or inability to use this informational website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability arising in connection with paid professional services is governed by the applicable separate agreement.
12. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes relating specifically to use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived, including consumer protections that may apply where you live. Governing law and dispute resolution for paid professional services are set out in the applicable separate agreement.
13. Changes, Severability and Separate Agreements
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable legal requirements. The “Effective Date” shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect, and your continued use of the website is subject to the version then in effect, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision on a particular occasion is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
These Terms relate to the use of landait.com. They do not replace or modify any separately agreed client, supplier, project, marketplace or other commercial agreement; where separate terms apply to a transaction or engagement, those terms govern it.
