This Privacy Policy describes how L&A IT LLC (“L&A IT,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes information in connection with landait.com, inquiries submitted through the website or sent by email, and the business relationships that may follow.

It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms or marketplaces that we do not operate, even where they are referenced here or used in connection with our activities. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Terms such as “personal information” and “personal data” are used in the general sense given to them by applicable privacy legislation.

L&A IT LLC is a United States limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, and may provide services to customers and conduct business internationally. Our primary activities are software development, IT services and consulting.

The same applies if you write to us by email, where you may also send attachments or additional contact details.

You are not required to submit an inquiry through the website. If you choose to use the inquiry form, an email address, subject and message are required so that we can receive and respond to your inquiry; the company name is optional.

The form does not ask for a postal address, payment details, date of birth, government identification or other sensitive personal information, and you should not send such details through it. Submission of an inquiry does not create a client relationship or contractual obligation.

B. Technical information processed by hosting infrastructure

Like most websites, landait.com is delivered by hosting infrastructure that automatically processes limited technical information when a browser requests a page or file. Depending on its configuration, this may include IP address, date and time of the request, the pages or files requested, browser and device information, the referring URL where your browser transmits one, and server or security log entries.

This information is generated by ordinary server operation and is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. Limited technical information may also be processed on a temporary basis for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting — for example, to limit repeated automated submissions of the inquiry form. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors, and, as currently configured, it is not combined with analytics or advertising technologies.

C. Business relationship information

Where you become a client, supplier, contractor or other business contact, we may process business contact details, correspondence, proposals and agreements, invoices and accounting records, records of payments, and records relating to the planning, delivery and support of a project.

This website does not process payments and does not collect payment card details. Where payment information is exchanged in a business relationship, it is handled outside this website.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss potential projects or business opportunities, and maintain relevant business correspondence. More broadly, we use information to:

Server logs are not cookies. Cookies are stored on your device; server logs are records generated by hosting infrastructure when a request is made. As described in Section 3(B), our hosting providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, for hosting, security and server operations. Most browsers also let you manage or block cookies in their settings.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration through this website, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do, however, rely on service providers and may be required to disclose information in specific situations. Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with:

• hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver and secure the website — currently shared hosting provided by Namecheap;
• email and communication providers used to send and receive business correspondence — inquiries submitted through the website are delivered by email using Resend;

• counterparties, platforms or intermediaries involved in a transaction you have asked us to carry out;

Service providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide their services, subject to applicable contractual obligations and law.

Rather than fixed periods that would not reflect reality, we apply retention criteria. Information may be retained as part of email correspondence and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, administer a potential or existing business relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes or protect legitimate business interests. When it is no longer required, we take appropriate steps to delete it securely or, where suitable, anonymize it. Technical server logs are retained for a limited period as part of the hosting environment's ordinary operation.

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information we process, including limiting access to those who need it and serving this website over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
